Setup guide
Set up your gaming café POS step by step
Follow these four steps to install the Windows POS, configure your gaming stations and start managing sessions.

Create your admin profile
On first launch, enter your gaming café name, city and admin details. Keep the admin password private because it controls pricing, reports and staff access.

Configure platforms and seats
Open Settings and add your PC, PS5, Xbox, VR or custom stations. Set seat numbers, opening hours, pricing rules and payment methods before taking bookings.

Start sessions and manage the café
Use the Dashboard to start walk-in sessions, accept advance bookings, add food orders and complete payments. Reports and analytics update from your real POS activity.
